About Us

We are a small, but growing, Louisiana based business. Our goals are to promote strength sports

in Louisiana and support Louisiana based strength athletes. Simple enough sounding goals, but difficult to pursue. It is our belief that everyone, from all walks of life, can benefit from strength training. We further believe that the current state of strength sports in Louisiana does not provide enough of an opportunity for those already participating in a sport to pursue their dreams; nor does it entice interested individuals to join in a strength sport and participate. It is our goal to help change that, and through this website and our events we hope to see that change develop in our state.

  One of the ways we plan to help the strength sports grow in Louisiana is to host qualtiy competitions. We are also willing to assist other promoters with their own competitions if they so desire. The athletes already affiliated with LSF provide us with a broad range of talent and knowledge. Please feel free to contact us if we can be of assistance in your event, or if you would like to have LSF host a competition for you. We are by no means strictly exclusive to the state of Louisiana. While our primary goal is to promote the sports and athletes within our home state, it is also our desire to see strength sports grow in popularity and quality in all states. So if you are from another state and would like LSF to help you with a competition, please, let us know.
